Hi, I’m Wan Wei.
I founded ANCHR AI Labs and built AI Native Circle to help non-technical professionals build AI agents without learning to code.
Not because coding is useless. Coding is powerful. But most professionals do not need to become engineers to start using AI properly.
You need to understand your work clearly, know which tasks you repeat, and learn how to guide AI with the right examples and context. That is the whole skill.
I have trained hundreds of professionals to move from “I use ChatGPT sometimes” to “I have an AI coworker that helps with real work.” AI Native Professionals is that path, brought online for the first time, in four weeks, live.

Before you ask
This is a pilot. What does that mean for me?
It means you are in the first online cohort, at the pilot price, with the most direct access to us we will ever offer.
The method is already proven in person through The Courage Chapter Edition. This pilot brings it online for working professionals for the first time.
As one of the first members, your feedback shapes the programme, and your results become the first stories we tell.
Do I need any technical background?
None at all. This programme is built for non-technical professionals, and non-technical does not mean non-capable.
If you can explain your own work to a new colleague, you can build an AI partner for it. We teach in plain English and never assume you know what agents, workflows, or models mean.
Can I claim this under SkillsFuture?
No, and that is deliberate. Government funding approval usually takes many months to come through, often eight to twelve.
A funded course also has to follow a fixed, approved syllabus. AI does not move at that speed. We would rather teach you what works today than follow a syllabus that froze a year ago. Many professionals expense this through their company training or learning budget instead, and we provide an invoice.
Are all the sessions live?
Yes. Every session is taught live on Zoom, so you can ask questions in the moment and get help with your own work, not a generic example.
If you miss a session, you get the recording.
How much time will it take each week?
Plan for one live session plus a little practice between sessions, around two to three hours a week in total.
The practice is your own real work, so it is not extra homework. It is the work you already had to do, done with AI.
What tools will I be using?
In this bootcamp we build with Claude Cowork. It lets you set up an AI partner that does real work, with no coding.
We pick one tool on purpose, so you go deep and actually build something instead of getting lost across ten apps. But the principles are tool-agnostic. What you learn works just as well in ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or whatever your company uses next.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Many professionals join through their company training budget. We provide a proper invoice and a short summary of outcomes you can send to your manager.
What if it turns out not to be for me?
If you ever get stuck in Week 1, we do not leave you to figure it out alone.
Come prepared, attend live, follow the steps, and submit your partner with a short screen recording within 24 hours. We will review it with you and help you fix what is not working.
If it still cannot do the Week 1 task after that troubleshooting review, you can request a refund before Week 2 starts. Missed sessions, incomplete setup, tool access issues, lack of time, or change of mind are not covered.
